Lora Today is your work list for the day. Lora checks your leads, messages, tasks, meetings, quotes and customers with fixed rules and shows what needs you - ranked, with the evidence from your CRM and a next step that is already prepared. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it. Today is the start page after you sign in, and you find it at the top of the sidebar: Today.

What Lora looks for

Signal When it appears
New request without a first answer A form request or booking has had no outbound contact for 60 minutes (adjustable).
Customer waiting for a reply The customer's last message (email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, call) is newer than your last reply and older than 24 hours.
Prepare the meeting A meeting with the lead starts today or tomorrow.
Customer needs attention An NPS answer of 0-6, a low customer health score, or a declined quote / canceled meeting in the last 14 days. Very unhappy customers (NPS 0-4) are always shown and cannot be snoozed.
Follow up on the quote A sent quote without acceptance or reply after 3 days, or one that is valid for 5 days or less.
Overdue commitment Tasks of the lead are past their due date.
Deal is going quiet No recorded contact for 7 days and no meeting planned.
Hot lead not contacted The lead score is hot and nobody contacted the lead for 2 days (see Lead scoring).
Renewal coming up An open renewal is due within 30 days (see Customer success).
No next step planned An active deal has no dated task and no upcoming meeting.
Lead without an owner Workspace Admins and Sales Managers see leads without an owner for 2 hours or more.

Each lead appears once, with its most important signal; other signals for the same lead are listed under "Also".

Why you can trust a card

Select a card to see its details. As long as nothing is selected, the detail area says "Select a priority to see its evidence, why Lora flagged it and the prepared next step."

  • Evidence: every statement links to the CRM record it comes from (timeline entry, task, meeting, quote, NPS answer). The records are checked again each time you open the card; a source that was deleted or moved out of your view is marked.
  • Why this? shows the rule, the facts, what Lora cannot see (for example replies sent from your own email program when your mailbox is not connected) and the priority breakdown: urgency 30%, business impact 25%, evidence 20%, risk of waiting 15%, how easy it is to act 10%. The priority ranks attention - it is not a chance of winning.
  • Text written by customers is shown as quoted data and never treated as an instruction.

Tip: Connect your mailbox in Profile > Connections so Lora also sees the replies you send from Gmail or Outlook. Without it, the freshness badge says "Partly updated".

Act in one click - safely

Open Next step on a card. Lora picks the fitting step and prepares it for your approval:

  • Create a task (title, due date, priority and owner prefilled),
  • Save an email draft on the lead (nothing is sent),
  • Send an email to the lead's saved address,
  • Add a note, move an overdue task, or (managers) assign an owner.

Check the preview, edit it if you want, or let Lora write the email with AI. Then press Review and approve: the dialog shows exactly what will happen. Your approval is bound to exactly this content - if anything changes afterwards (you edit it, the lead's email address changes, the customer replies in the meantime, the deal is closed), Lora stops, explains what changed and asks you to review again. A send needs an extra confirmation.

The Next step panel shows a four-step tracker: Lora prepares → You approve → Lora executes → Done. It always shows the real state of the step, for example that it waits for your approval, is running, failed or was stopped. On screens wider than a phone, each item on the Approvals tab shows the same tracker.

The step then runs as you, with your permissions, exactly like doing it by hand in NextCRM - so it appears on the lead's timeline as usual. If an email's result is unclear (for example the connection broke), Lora looks for it on the lead and never sends it twice automatically; you confirm what happened.

Deal Coach

Deal Coach prepares your next conversation with a lead using a proven, respectful sales method: SPIN discovery, gap analysis, value proposal, negotiation, customer care, re-engagement or MEDDICC qualification for larger deals. Lora picks the fitting method from the situation (you can switch it) and shows the goal, what you know, the questions to ask, likely concerns with how to respond, the next step to agree and what to avoid. Personalize with Lora writes a plan from the lead's facts and your workspace's won-deals playbook.

Snooze, dismiss, feedback

  • Snooze until later today, tomorrow morning or next week.
  • Not relevant dismisses a card with a reason. It stays quiet until something new happens with this lead (for example a new message).
  • Useful / Not useful under "Why this?" helps tune Lora Today; it never trains a model automatically.

The Approvals tab lists the steps waiting for your decision; managers also see their team's open and failed steps. Impact shows how many recommendations were acted on, how fast, and which signals people find useful.

Who sees what

You see your own leads (assigned to you, or created by you and still unassigned). Workspace Admins and Sales Managers see the whole workspace. Finances does not use Lora Today. Recommendations are never shared between people or workspaces.

Settings

Workspace Admins and Sales Managers open the gear on the Today page to change the thresholds, switch single signals off, decide whether the Sales Team may send emails from Lora Today (otherwise only drafts), switch AI drafting on or off, and pause Lora Today or the execution of approved steps for the whole workspace.

You can also ask Lora: "What needs me today?" or "What is waiting for my approval?"

When AI is not available

Lora Today does not need AI: the signals, evidence, priorities, templates and playbook plans work without it. Only "Let Lora write it" and "Personalize with Lora" use your AI allowance.
