Connect your mailbox, calendar, phone, messaging channels and AI provider. Where a provider account of your own is needed, we say so.
Example: NextCRM sits in the centre; data travels to and from Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft 365), WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Twilio SMS and your AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or xAI Grok), and each one is marked as connected in turn.
