NextCRM is a CRM for sales teams with an AI assistant built in. You manage leads in visual funnels, capture them with web forms, talk to them via e-mail, SMS, calls, WhatsApp and social channels, run campaigns and follow-up sequences, send quotes, share booking pages and organise tasks – and Lora, the AI assistant, does much of the work for you when you ask.

Yes. Press the mic or Alt + L, or use hands-free mode, and tell Lora what you need – for example “create a lead for Anna Berger” or “remind me to call her on Friday”. Lora prepares the change and you confirm it with a click or a spoken “yes”. Voice uses Google Gemini speech recognition and voice: it is included in Enterprise, available on every plan with a Managed Voice add-on, and on Business and Agency (or with the BYOK add-on) also with your own Gemini key. Typing to Lora works on every plan.

Yes – from the knowledge you choose. Admins and sales managers add documents and notes in Feed & Seed, and team members can suggest knowledge with “Remember this”. Every entry is safety-checked and reviewed before Lora uses it, and it stays private to your workspace. The underlying AI models are not trained on your data.

Lora comes with 17 sales playbooks, including lead qualification with BANT, CHAMP and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, follow-up cadences, discovery calls, objection handling, proposals and closing, onboarding, retention, referrals and upsell, plus industry playbooks for agencies, B2B SaaS, local services, real estate, coaching and B2B e-commerce. Deal Coach adds 7 methods for call preparation: SPIN discovery, gap analysis, value proposal, negotiation, customer care, re-engagement and MEDDICC.

Your daily priorities in one list. Lora checks your leads, messages, tasks, meetings, quotes and customers with fixed rules – for example a customer whose last message has no recorded reply, a new request without a first answer, a deal without recent contact or an upcoming meeting. Each card shows the records it is based on and a prepared next step: a task, an e-mail draft, an e-mail or a note. You approve, Lora executes – nothing is sent or changed before you approve exactly that content, and every decision is logged. Deal Coach prepares a call plan based on a sales method. Lora Today works without AI; AI only writes drafts and call plans when you ask.

The app, the Help Center, Lora, web forms, booking pages and quotes are available in English, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (Simplified). Each user picks their own language.

Every plan includes managed AI with monthly AI credits – no setup needed; one credit is worth $0.01. On Business, Agency, and Enterprise, or with the “Bring your own AI provider” add-on, you can connect your own Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or xAI Grok key; the provider then bills its usage to you directly.

The NextCRM app and its databases are hosted on servers in Germany, in the EU. Each workspace is strictly isolated, sign-in supports two-factor authentication, and you get consent checkboxes for forms, one-click unsubscribe, STOP handling and full data export. If you enable AI, voice, SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail providers, those providers process the data they need under their own terms – our privacy policy lists them.

E-mail from your own address via Gmail / Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Yahoo Mail, IONOS, STRATO, SMTP (any server), SendGrid, Mailgun, and Amazon SES; two-way SMS and calls via your own Twilio account; WhatsApp Business via your own Meta app; Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and your website chat in the Social Inbox. LinkedIn lead forms and TikTok comments can be received, but not answered from NextCRM.

Yes. Export your data as CSV, XLSX or JSON and upload it in Import Leads. NextCRM maps the columns automatically, lets you choose how to handle duplicates, shows a preview and can roll back the leads an import created. There are no direct connectors to other CRMs; developers can also use the API.

Some features use a provider account that belongs to you: SMS uses your Twilio account, WhatsApp your Meta business app, and the BYOK add-ons your own AI key (a Gemini key also covers Lora's voice). These providers charge you directly for their usage, in addition to your NextCRM subscription. Managed Voice and AI credit packs need no own account.

Yes. One login can belong to several workspaces – for example one per company, brand or client – and you switch between them in a click. Data, team and billing are separate per workspace.

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can export your workspace data at any time. After a cancelled plan's paid period ends, the workspace data is deleted after 30 days.

One AI credit is worth $0.01 of AI usage. Every plan includes a monthly amount – 1,000 credits on Starter – and AI credit packs add more at the same rate. Requests on your own AI key (BYOK) use no NextCRM credits.
