Automations & sequences

Routine work that runs on its own

When something happens and the lead matches your conditions, NextCRM assigns, moves, tags, creates tasks, sends messages, starts sequences or notifies your team.

Example: a lead enters the stage “Qualified” and a follow-up sequence sends an e-mail on day 0, an SMS on day 2 and a WhatsApp message on day 5.

Example data

Triggers and conditions

Start on a new lead, a stage change, a form, a message, a booked meeting, an accepted quote, a low NPS score or a date – and narrow it down with conditions on any lead field.

  • AND / OR condition groups
  • Filter new leads by source, e.g. web form or booking page

Up to 10 actions

Assign an owner (also round robin), move the stage, add tags, create tasks or notes, send e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp, start a sequence, notify a teammate, send a webhook or ask Lora.

  • Opted-out leads are never contacted
  • Templates and Lora suggestions start as switched-off drafts

Test first, then switch on

A test run shows what every action would do for a real lead – nothing is changed or sent. The execution log lists every run with its result.

  • Runs within about a minute of each event
  • Only Workspace Admins and Sales Managers can change automations

Follow-up sequences

Multi-step follow-ups across e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp and tasks with waits and conditions – they stop when the lead replies.

  • Send windows in the lead's time zone
  • Start a sequence from an automation, by hand or with Lora
