Your own systems read and change leads, contacts, tasks and notes through the REST API – and webhooks tell them the moment something happens.
Example: a REST request with a masked, scoped workspace key creates the lead Anna Berger, the API answers “201 Created” and a lead.created webhook is delivered to an example endpoint.

Your server is notified when leads, tasks, forms, contacts, campaigns or calls change – every delivery is signed so you can verify it.
API access is part of Business, Agency, and Enterprise. Only Workspace Admins manage keys and endpoints in API & Webhooks.
