The Lora daily briefing is your morning plan: what matters most today, in one card on the Dashboard. You find it below the four KPI tiles (the Configuration card and add-on notices, when shown, sit above them). Its eyebrow reads Lora prepared.

What the briefing contains

  • Hot leads with a high lead score that nobody contacted in the last two days (see Lead scoring & deal risk).
  • Deals at risk with the reason, for example "no contact for 15 days".
  • Tasks that are overdue or due today. This section is always shown; when there is nothing, it says "Nothing due today and nothing overdue."
  • Meetings today, including meetings synced from your calendar. This section is always shown; when there is nothing, it says "No meetings today."
  • Customers: renewals due within 30 days and unhappy NPS answers, when you use Customer success.
  • Messages waiting for a reply: leads whose last email, SMS, WhatsApp or social message came from them.
  • Three recommended actions, most urgent first. The Recommended actions area shows the flow Lora prepares › You approve › Lora executes. Open takes you to the lead; Let Lora do it opens Lora with the request, and Lora prepares a card that you approve before anything is created or changed.

A short summary on top is written by Lora in your language from these items only.

Who sees what

The briefing only contains what you are allowed to see. Workspace Admins and Sales Managers get their team's items; everyone else gets their own leads, tasks and meetings. No data of other workspaces is ever used.

When and how it arrives

Each workday at 08:00 in your time zone Lora prepares your briefing and sends a notification. You can also open it any time on the Dashboard and refresh it. If you want, the briefing also comes by email.

Note: Your time zone is taken from your browser the first time you open the Dashboard. You can change it in the briefing settings.

Listen to your briefing

Press the play button (Play briefing aloud) on the briefing card, or say "Lora, brief me" in Lora's voice mode, to hear the briefing in your language. Spoken briefings use Lora voice: your workspace's own Gemini key, or the voice add-on (counted in voice tokens). See Lora assistant.

Settings

Open the gear on the briefing card to:

  • switch the daily briefing on or off,
  • choose the time and the workdays,
  • use your current time zone,
  • turn the email digest on or off.

You can also ask Lora: "Send my briefing at 7:30 and also by email". Each person changes only their own settings.

When AI is not available

If the AI is not available or your AI usage limit is reached, you still get the full briefing: the same sections and recommended actions with a standard summary instead of Lora's own words.
